Holloway Sales was establish in late 2012 by David Holloway. David’s experience in retail musical instrument and pro audio sales started at Strings and Things in Memphis, which was one of the most successful and respected music stores in the country. David made the jump from retail to wholesale when he joined International Music Company which at the time was representing some of the hottest lines in the industry like Charvel / Jackson and Akai. Roland US saw David’s success at IMC and hired him. He enjoyed a 23 year run with Roland, working his way up from District Sales Manager to National Accounts Manager then to Director of Sales / National Accounts. During that time he was a two time winner of the Chairman’s Award and numerous Superior Awards. Building Holloway Sales has been by far the most exciting and rewarding part of David’s career.
Ted Watson joined Holloway Sales in early 2013. Ted met David in 1994 while working retail in Kalamazoo, MI. Ted then worked at Guitar Center in Pro Audio and Technology Sales and all levels of management in Detroit and St. Louis. Ted was hired by Roland US to cover the critical Los Angeles market in 2003. After successfully managing that, Ted moved to Michigan to cover the Ohio Valley territory when David joined Roland management. Ted won numerous awards for sales with Roland and Boss while at Roland.
Khaleed is Holloway Sales’ Dealer Support Specialist. In addition to dealer support, he is responsible for the Holloway Sales office in Fort Wayne, IN. Prior to join Holloway Sales Khaleed toured extensively as a Front of House engineer. He also has experience as a recording and broadcast engineer.
Mary Gear joined Holloway Sales as Customer Service Representative in 2014. Prior to that Mary was the Midwest Territory and Key Accounts Manager for Behringer. After that she was part of the Behringer Express Team at Starin Marketing. Mary’s work ethic and experience made her the best possible choice for the position. Most of the dealers in the Holloway Sales region have known and respected Mary for many years.
Paul joins Holloway Sales after years of experience in sales and acoustic designs in the Pro Audio category. Paul is based near Indianapolis IN.
Rich has had a lifetime a passion for music and pro audio and all things that surround that. Rich has a decade of experience in audio and being an entrepreneur. He has owned his own companies as well as sold for other companies. He is based in Cincinnati Ohio.
Dennis Cray has a rich history serving the Ohio Valley market. He has multiple high profile sales he has been responsible for. Dennis is responsible for contracting in the W PA, OH, and WV markets.
